Report an infringement

If you believe something on customgiftery.com infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
3. The URL of the page where the material appears.
4. Your name, address, phone number and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

For trademark concerns, use the same address with the subject “Trademark notice”. We review every notice and usually remove infringing material within 2 business days.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed material and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

Repeat infringers

We cancel orders and close accounts of customers who repeatedly submit infringing content.
